FAQ
Fill in the booking form with your idea, placement, and size. Alexei replies by email — usually within a few days — with a quote and the next available dates in Amsterdam or elsewhere in Europe.
Loosely. Send moodboards or reference images if it helps explain the feeling you want, but every piece is composed freehand on the day — nothing is traced or copied 1:1.
Touch-ups are free within 4–6 weeks of your session. After 3 months, a €100 touch-up fee applies.
Aftercare
Your tattoo will be covered with either a classic absorbent pad or a transparent second-skin film, depending on size and placement — Alexei will tell you which one and how long to keep it on before you leave. Once uncovered: wash gently with unscented soap, pat dry, apply a thin layer of fragrance-free healing balm 2–3 times a day for about two weeks. Avoid direct sun, swimming, saunas, and tight clothing over the piece until it's fully healed.
Payment & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit (starting at €100) is required to confirm any booking and is deducted from the final price. Deposits and final payments can be made via bank transfer, iDEAL, or card in-studio. The remaining balance is due in cash or card at the end of your session.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Need to move your appointment? Just email at least 48 hours in advance and your deposit carries over to the new date — one reschedule per booking. Cancellations, no-shows, or later changes forfeit the deposit, and a new one is required to book again.
Privacy Policy
Details you submit through the booking form (name, email, and the information you choose to share about your tattoo idea) are used only to respond to your request and arrange your session — never sold or shared with third parties. Reference images you upload are stored only as long as needed to plan and complete your piece.
Terms
All bookings are subject to the deposit, payment, and cancellation terms above. You must be 18 or older, and not under the influence of alcohol or drugs, to receive a tattoo.
